Job Position: Mechanical Assembler
Pay: $16–$18/hour
Shift: Nights | 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM, Monday–Friday (some Saturdays required)

Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Mechanical Assembler for night shift work in Sapulpa, OK. This role involves the assembly of air-cooled heat exchangers and HVAC components using a variety of tools and equipment. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with mechanical assembly and be comfortable working in an industrial shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble air-cooled heat exchangers using basic hand tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints to guide assembly processes.
• Operate overhead cranes, plasma cutters, grinders, forklifts, and use tape measures accurately.
• Assemble condensers, boxes, and coils for heating and air exchange units.
• Perform general tube pushing and other shop-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of mechanical assembly experience.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Must be able to read a tape measure accurately.
• Working knowledge of blueprint reading.
