Key Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle vehicles safely and efficiently in a designated service area near Pryor, OK, following all traffic laws and company policies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers.
• Maintain strict adherence to schedules—punctuality is critical for this role.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues or defects.
• Ensure shuttle vehicles remain clean and professionally maintained, both inside and out.
• Report vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or passenger incidents promptly to the supervisor.
• Respond to passenger inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B with Air Brake and Passenger Endorsements.
• Proven safe driving record with a commitment to responsible vehicle operation.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled routes.
• Flexible availability, with the ability to work extended hours as needed.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge for routine inspections.
