Job Title: Service Manager
Pay: $59,000 - $69,000 annually (BOE)
Shift/Hours: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday (some Saturdays), 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Location: Pryor, OK

Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead and manage our service department. In this role, you’ll oversee service operations, ensuring top-tier delivery and customer satisfaction. If you have strong leadership skills, a technical background in manufacturing, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact. Occasional travel (5-10%) may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Department Leadership: Manage the service team, establishing and enforcing premium service standards and procedures.
- Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers to ensure their service needs are met.
- Service Coordination: Organize service calls to optimize the use of time and company assets.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and recognition to enhance individual and team success.
- Documentation & Quality: Ensure accurate completion of service requests and maintain high standards for documentation and service quality.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work with other departments to develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of service parts and tools to ensure availability.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about new industry innovations, tools, and processes that can benefit the company.
- Training & Development: Ensure service personnel receive ongoing training on equipment, safety protocols, and customer service practices.
- Other Duties: Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in a service management role within the manufacturing industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong background in manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Software Proficiency: Familiar with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate reports for effective decision-making.
