CNC Machinist

• Pay: $20.00–$35.00 per hour

• Location: Tulsa, OK

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–3:30 PM (overtime as needed)

• Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with 3 to 4 years of experience setting up and operating multi-axis CNC machines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of machining processes and be proficient in using precision measuring tools to ensure quality production.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC mills and ensure high-quality part production.

• Perform complete and accurate machine setups without assistance.

• Properly set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines.

• Conduct in-process inspections to verify quality.

• Operate and monitor multiple machines as required.

• Read CNC programs and make necessary speed and feed adjustments.

• Troubleshoot machining jobs to ensure optimal efficiency.

• Inspect part dimensions using precision measuring instruments (excluding CMM).

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience setting up and operating multi-axis CNC machines preferred.

• Aerospace industry experience is a plus.

• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools.

• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

• Strong understanding of customer specifications and machining requirements.

• Familiarity with G and M programming codes.

• Proficiency in operating HAAS and Fanuc controls; experience with Mazatrol turning is a plus but not required.

• Strong math skills and attention to detail.

• A commitment to continuous improvement and team collaboration.

Onboarding Requirements

• Must be able to pass a national background check.

• Must be able to pass a full-panel drug screening.

• Valid driver’s license required.
