Job Position: Assembly Technician

Location: Sapulpa, OK 74066
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00/hr DOE
Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM | Monday - Friday (Some Saturdays)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team in Sapulpa, OK. This position involves assembling air-cooled heat exchangers, working with hand tools, blueprints, and industrial equipment in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of assembly experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and proficiency in using measuring tools and power equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble air-cooled heat exchangers using hand tools, blueprints, and shop equipment.

• Operate overhead cranes, plasma cutters, grinders, and forklifts as needed.

• Construct condensers, boxes, and coils for heat and air exchange units.

• Perform general tube pushing and other mechanical assembly tasks.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong proficiency in using hand and power tools and reading tape measures.

• Blueprint reading skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.

• Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred.

• Ability to work night shifts and overtime as needed.
