Job Title: Electrospinning Production Operator
Pay: $15+/hr (Based on Experience)
Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrospinning Production Operator to join our team in the textile industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in textile manufacturing and/or converting, particularly with web path handling and tension control. This position offers long-term potential for professional growth within a rapidly expanding industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production in an electrospinning textile environment.
• Operate and maintain machinery to ensure efficient and consistent output.
• Monitor, adjust, and maintain web path tension control throughout the production process.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure product meets required standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with production procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and push/pull up to 51 lbs.
• Team assistance required for handling weights over 102 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for approximately 90% of the workday.
• Crouching or kneeling required for approximately 15% of the workday.
• Sitting may be required for up to 10% of the workday (e.g., during breaks or forklift operation).

Additional Requirements

• Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Demonstrated experience with web path tension control.
