Production Control Expeditor

• Pay: $17 per hour
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• Location: Pryor, OK
• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking a Production Control Expeditor to coordinate and facilitate the flow of work and materials within the production process. This role is essential in ensuring adherence to the production schedule, managing work orders, monitoring inventory levels, and assisting with production planning. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage work orders based on Bills of Materials.
• Resolve material and design issues in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Monitor and track inventory levels to prevent shortages, utilizing computer systems.
• Simulate orders and analyze data to optimize inventory and production planning.
• Ensure timely material movement between departments.
• Report material status updates to the Production Control Planner.
• Issue jobs to maintain required inventory levels.
• Assist with departmental projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ months experience in a warehouse, expediting, or logistics role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (preferred).
• Strong ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
