Position Overview

A leading Tulsa-based manufacturing company is seeking skilled MIG & Metalcore Welders to join their team in a climate-controlled facility. This position requires precision welding skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to meet high-quality standards. Successful candidates will demonstrate a positive attitude and a sense of urgency to perform quality work while contributing to a team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on various metal components with a focus on high-quality welds.

• Ensure all welds meet company and industry standards.

• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented, cross-training environment.

• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

• Proven experience in MIG welding, preferably with Metalcore or similar processes.

• Ability to pass a weld test, including MIG flat root & 3 passes with a bend test.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to precision and quality.

• Positive attitude with a proactive and safety-conscious mindset.
