Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing) - Avon, Ohio - JOB 25-01065

Salary Range: $68k - $74k Permanent Position with Benefits.

Avon, Ohio manufacturer is seeking to hire a Senior Group Leader - Manufacturing Maintenance to oversee the manufacturing facility maintenance operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Graduate (Postsecondary education preferred)
• 10+ years' experience in manufacturing maintenance
• 3+ years in a supervisory position
• Guide and train maintenance technicians
• Schedule maintenance activities
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Knowledge of maintenance practices, troubleshooting equipment, and preventive maintenance programs

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
