Job description :

**Primary Responsibilities**

- Maintaining the adherence to systems and procedures laid out in the shop floor
- Participating in the continuous improvement projects which are implemented from time to time.
- Training new operators, teach them the safety practices and machining process.
  *Additional Duties**
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating schedules to meet production deadlines and customer delivery requirements
- Participating in the MFT meetings and refining the processes
  *Qualifications, Skills & Abilities**
- Diploma in Tool& Die making or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3~5 years experience in VMC Machining
- **Die&Mould programming using Autodesk power mill-2023,Creo**.
- Hands on experience in setting and operating of CNC 3axis and 5 axis Milling machines.
- Knowledge on cutting properties on different work material
- Exposure to Toolroom manufacturing.
- Exposure to costing and cost estimates will be an added advantage.
