Hiring on Medical BPO non voice processing 
Ensuring accurate data input onto system/database.
Assessing transaction requirement and obtaining additional information from relevant sources where required
Updating and amending data input.
Input and approval of data according to specific rules/anomalies/exceptions.
Ensuring key accuracy and productivity standards are met
Striving to exceed customer expectations regarding cycle times.
Competencies / Qualifications / Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline Graduation in commerce would be preferable.
Very good keyboard skills   minimum typing speed of 35 w.p.m with high accuracy is required. Formal Training in Typing would be an added advantage.
