Job Description

To join our vibrant team, we are looking for a competent SolidWorks Designer. Developing creative and useful product designs will be your primary responsibility as a vital component of our engineering team.

What you will do:

Follow up on unpaid invoices and overdue accounts. 

Contact clients to resolve payment issues and disputes. 

Analyze account aging reports and prioritize accounts for collection. 

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions. 

Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues.

What we need:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills 

Attention to detail and accuracy 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Proficiency in relevant software (CRM, ERP)

Role: AR Caller

Experience: 1 to 5 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Location: In and Around Chennai

No of Vacancies: 6

Salary: from 15K to 20K per month
