Responsibilities

Process medical claims transactions accurately, including

Patient demographic information is posted

Processing Payment Posting transactions in the customer-provided revenue cycle software

Make an effort to meet the productivity requirements.

Respect the turnaround time criteria specified by the customer.

Engage fully in all training sessions, including those on induction, client-specific training, and billing and compliance refresher courses.

Have a good understanding of how the process affects customer KPIs.

Follow the information security requirements provided by Access Healthcare.

Conduct yourself morally at all times.
