Job Description

A driven and results-driven AR Caller is needed to join our team. As an AR Caller, you will deal with patients and insurance companies to ensure that unpaid medical bills are paid on time.

What you will do:

To enquire about unpaid medical costs, get in touch with patients and insurance providers.

Respond to patient concerns about their accounts and billing questions.

Secure payment arrangements by negotiating payment plans.

Investigate and settle insurance claims that have been rejected or unpaid.

Ensure that all patient interactions and payment collections are accurately documented.

Respect all data privacy policies and HIPAA standards.

What we need:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and clear articulation.

Strong phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with patients and insurance representatives.

Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve conflicts professionally.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree
