Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team. Maintaining consistent cash flow requires managing client accounts and paying past-due amounts, which an AR analyst can assist you with.

What you will do:

Monitor and analyze customer accounts receivable balances.

Research and resolve discrepancies in customer payments.

Contact customers to follow up on overdue payments and negotiate payment plans.

Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports.

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and account activity.

Contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts receivable process

What we need:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience: 1 to 5 yrs

Qualification: Any basic degree
