Spray Technician

Pay: $16.50/hr
Hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely apply pest control products to residential and commercial properties following established procedures.
• Communicate with customers, answering questions and explaining the services performed.
• Maintain and properly handle all pest control equipment, including spray rigs and protective gear.
• Follow safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of chemicals.
• Accurately document services, detailing products used and any pest activity observed.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and supervisors to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience in pest control or a related field is beneficial but not required.
• Proven history of consistent employment and strong attendance.
• Willingness to undergo training in pest control techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for professional customer interactions.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain accurate records.
