Responsibilities

Visit customer locations to collect outstanding personal loans.

Negotiate and implement payment plans with customers

Provide excellent customer service during field visits, addressing customer inquiries and resolving disputes.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Collect payments from customers in various forms, including cash, check, and electronic transfers.

Role: Field Collection Executive

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs

Qualification: Any  Basic Degree

Location: In and Around Chennai

No of Vacancies: 6

Salary: from 18K per month and it can be negotiated
