Responsibilities
Product Used on the Job Orienting new hires
Track the productivity of callers by maintaining a MIS for the allocated pool.
Encourage and inspire callers to meet goals.
Forwarding File pickup for FPRs
Coordinate with FPRs in the product field.
Recognising serious cases and taking appropriate action
Create plans for reaching the team's goals.
Work along with the collection agencies.
Managing irate clients and escalation calls
Callers' performance is reviewed every day, every week, and every month.
Make plans for team absenteeism and make sure everything runs well.
Skills:
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire team members
Strong customer service orientation
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Salary: From 25K per month and is Negotiable based on Experience
