Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to all bank customers.

Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and account transfers.

Open and close customer accounts.

Issue cashier's checks.

Provide information on bank products and services to customers.

Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate branch representatives.

Skills:

Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Accuracy & Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling transactions.

Cash Handling: Experience in handling cash and other forms of payment.
