We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our banking team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to effectively promote banking products and services. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing information, and generating leads.

Duties:

To advertise banking products and services (such as loans, credit cards, savings accounts, and insurance), make cold calls to both current and prospective clients.

Clearly and succinctly describe the characteristics, advantages, and eligibility requirements of the product.

Create leads and set up sales representatives' appointments.

Sort leads according to predetermined standards.

Create and preserve a good rapport with your clients.

Follow up with clients to make sure they're satisfied and to resolve any issues.
