Responsibilities
Finding, vetting, and luring competent applicants using a variety of platforms (job boards, social media, recommendations) is known as talent acquisition.
Conduct preliminary screening interviews to determine the suitability of candidates.
Organise interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Oversee the new hires' paperwork, orientation, and training during the onboarding process.
Employee Relations: Establish and preserve a solid rapport with your staff.
Promote the employer brand of the business using a variety of platforms.
Compliance: Verify adherence to labour laws and regulations.
Data management: Ensure that your records of hiring activities are accurate and current.
