Responsibilities

knowing the job description that you got from the customer.

Finding possible applicants from a variety of internet resources

composing emails with recruitment offers to draw in lapsed applicants.

evaluating and selecting candidates from incoming application forms and resumes.

Following applicant sourcing through portals, do phone or video interviews.

Give recruiting managers shortlists of eligible applicants.

Closely monitor the interview schedule.

Send emails containing employment offers and respond to enquiries on pay and benefits after being chosen.

Continue pursuing them until they join.

Obtain the candidates' input when they join.

Prepare the Joining Tracker draft and forward it to the appropriate MIS (internal)

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA

Salary: From 12K per Month
