Wanted Experienced HR Executive in India Pvt Ltd.

Experience: 3+ years of Experience

Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Plan and execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Onboard new employees, including conducting orientation, issuing offer letters, and processing necessary paperwork. Address employee inquiries and concerns, resolve employee conflicts, and conduct employee counseling.
