Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance

Experience Requirement : 2 to 6 yrs

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mech

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

Machine Operation: To produce precision parts, set up and run CNC machines.

Tooling: Choose and set up the proper cutting instruments.

Program Verification: To guarantee precise part manufacture, check and modify CNC programs.

Inspection of the First item: Verify that the first item satisfies quality requirements.

Process Optimisation: To increase productivity and cut expenses, optimise machining procedures.

Troubleshooting: Identify and fix problems with machines and processes.

Documentation: Keep thorough records of production data and machine configurations.

Skills:

CNC Machining: Strong knowledge of CNC machining principles and practices.

Measurement Techniques: Proficiency in using measuring instruments.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Safety Awareness: Adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
