Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate production output in accordance with predetermined production schedules.

Monitoring, controlling, and managing the use of manpower and machine capacity

Increasing productivity and adhering to the company's quality standards

Deliver results in accordance with the production plan.

Choosing and using production-related tools and equipment

Choosing cutting criteria and providing workers with training

Overseeing the distribution of shifts and the deployment of personnel

Maintain environmental, health, and safety standards

Communication with the Design Team and Production Management Ongoing enhancements to production, machine utilisation, process optimisation, etc.

Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
