Job Description

Primary Task: To accurately set up and prepare CNC machines for production, ensuring efficient and precise machining operations according to engineering specifications.

Responsibilities

Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine setup requirements.

Install and align tooling, fixtures, and workpieces on CNC machines

Load and verify CNC programs into machine control systems.

Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.

Ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications.

Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

Required Abilities:

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

Proficiency in using measuring tools and gauges.

Knowledge of CNC programming (G-code, M-code).

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Role: CNC Setter

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Qualification: 10th, 12th or Diploma

Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
