Responsibilities:

For every production process in our Chennai site, create, implement, and uphold a thorough quality assurance plan and framework that complies with legal standards and industry best practices.

Oversee and direct the Quality Assurance division, which includes establishing goals, controlling spending, and cultivating a top-performing group of QA specialists.

To track and enhance process capabilities and product quality, spearhead the application of statistical process control (SPC) and other quality techniques.

Supervise the calibration and upkeep of every piece of testing and inspection apparatus.

Manage customer audits and communications pertaining to quality, and make sure that client quality standards are met.

Educational Qualification: Any BE Degree

Experience: 12+ yrs
