Job Description
ResponsibilitiesThis role focuses on managing various aspects of office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality. Here’s a summary of the responsibilities:

Office Operations Management: Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing, to maintain an organized and efficient workplace.

Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.

Communication Handling: Professionally manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.

Record Maintenance: Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring all documentation is accurate and accessible.

HR Assistance: Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR documentation.

Document Preparation: Prepare and process various documents, reports, and presentations as required, ensuring they are professionally formatted and error-free.

Office Supplies Management: Manage office supplies and inventory, monitoring stock levels and placing orders to ensure the office is well-equipped.

Administrative Support: Provide support for various administrative projects and tasks, assisting different departments as needed.

Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between different departments and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
