Process: Airtel Email Chat   Semi-Voice (60% Non-voice / 40% Voice)
 
Designation: Business Associate
 
Qualification: Any Arts & Science / Engineering / Post Graduates (Arrear candidates also eligible to apply)
 
Skills Required:  Good English communication with Tamil.
 
Shift Timings: General Day Shifts (Rotational Week off)
 
Interview Process: HR Round + AMCAT Online Test
 
Training Period:  New joiners would undergo 15 Days of training in which a training stipend of Rs.3750 /- would be provided i.e. (250x15=3750). The training stipend will be applicable only on successful completion of the training certification.

Salary Range: 15100k to 18k
