Responsibilities

Oversee and manage plant operations during assigned shifts.

Ensure smooth and efficient production flow.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions to improve production efficiency.

Achieve agreed production targets within the allotted time frame.

Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues

Role: Shift Supervisor

Experience: 3 to 6 yrs

Qualification: Diploma / BE in ECE

Location: In and Around Chennai

No of Vacancies: 6

Salary: from 18K per month and it can be negotiated
