Qualification: Diploma/BE in Automobile

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

To satisfy client expectations and production targets, plan and arrange manufacturing activities.

Examine manufacturing procedures and pinpoint areas where productivity, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency can be increased.

Put lean manufacturing concepts and other techniques for continuous improvement (like Six Sigma and Kaizen) into practice.

To find and fix production bottlenecks, do time studies and root cause analyses.

Skills:

strong knowledge of manufacturing procedures, such as assembling, machining, and other pertinent production techniques.

familiarity with production gear and equipment.

proficiency with data analysis tools and industrial software (such as ERP and MRP).

the capacity to create reports, analyse data, and spot trends.
