Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Quality Control Processes:

   - Design, develop, and implement comprehensive quality control processes and procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

   - Continuously review and update quality processes to reflect the latest best practices.

2. Inspection and Testing:

   - Conduct thorough inspections and quality testing on products, materials, and services to verify they meet the required specifications.

   - Utilize appropriate tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, testing rigs) to accurately measure and assess quality parameters.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

   - Maintain detailed and organized records of all quality control processes, inspections, and test results.

   - Generate comprehensive reports on quality metrics, performance, and trends for review by management and relevant teams.

4. Defect Identification and Resolution:

   - Identify and document defects, deviations, or non-conformities during inspections and testing.

   - Collaborate with production, engineering, and relevant teams to address and rectify quality issues in a timely manner.

5. Process Improvement:

   - Analyze quality control data to identify patterns, trends, and areas that require improvement.

   - Propose and implement enhancements to existing quality control processes to increase efficiency and reduce defects.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

   - Work closely with production, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the production lifecycle.

   - Provide feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall product quality.

7. Supplier Quality Management:

   - Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials or components.

   - Establish and maintain quality control standards with suppliers and ensure they comply with company and industry expectations.

Role: QC Engineer

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs 

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Automobile

Salary: From 25K per Month
