Job Description
Responsibilities
Gather and aggregate payroll data.
Engage in active communication with branches and units about payroll-related matters.
Payroll inputs are uploaded into SAP.
Payroll processing.
In the SAP-FI Module, post the monthly payroll figures.
As needed, settle vendor accounts and liabilities pertaining to payroll.
Compile statutory reports for income tax, PT, PF, and ESI.
Suggest that branches and SSC Vizag Plant pay by cheque.
Submit branch reports every month for statutory and other associated payments.
Provide timely advice on statutory and third-party payments.
Handle off-cycle reimbursement payments, including marketing incentives and LTA.
Skills:
Payroll data collection and compilation: Collecting and compiling payroll inputs from various sources.
Interdepartmental communication: Actively interacting with branches/units for payroll-related issues.
Payroll data entry: Uploading payroll inputs into SAP.
Payroll processing: Processing payroll on a regular basis.
Financial posting: Posting monthly payroll results into the SAP-FI Module.
Liability and vendor account clearance: Clearing payroll-related liabilities and vendor accounts as needed.
Statutory report preparation: Preparing statutory reports such as PF, ESI, PT, and Income Tax.
Payment advice: Advising cheque mode payments to branches/SSC Vizag Plant.
Branch reporting: Sending monthly branch reports for statutory and other related payments.
Statutory and third-party payment advice: Advising for timely statutory and third-party payments.
Off-cycle payment processing: Processing off-cycle payments for reimbursements such as LTA, Marketing Incentive, etc.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Salary: From 35K per month
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
