Job Description
Responsibilities
This role involves assisting in the maintenance of financial records and ensuring accurate data entry. You will support accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Additionally, you will help prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. Collaboration with team members is essential to ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes. You will also assist in reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts, as well as conducting financial and variance analysis. Maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards is crucial, and you will provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.
