Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Handle purchase orders, invoices, and quotations Create a daily checklist and cash position.
2. Keep track of and manage business spending (managed petty cash).
3. Keep track of payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable paperwork.
4. Scan all paper papers, file them, and keep up with the accounting department's whole filing system.
5. Accept and deposit payments in cash and checks, and handle bank transactions and reconciled records.
6.Use Excel spreadsheets to do debit, credit, and totals for clients' accounts.
7. Maintain current Tally data.
8. Record general ledger entries and reconcile bank balances
9. Deal with client and vendor invoices on a daily basis.
10. Carry out routine administrative and office work.
11. Create private reports every week to present to management.

Qualification: Any Degree related to Accounting and Finance
Salary: From 12K per month
